Words of Hope and Faith for the Weary

A Tribute to Mother Teresa Love When it is Difficult

A Tribute to Mother Teresa Love When it is Difficult

Mother  Teresa was one my favorite people, and I will always cherish her works of love to those that needed it. God has placed her on my heart, and I would like to share A beautiful prayer by her. It says so much in so few words, and I hope it blesses you as much as it blessed me.

I have mentioned this prayer it in other posts I have made, but I would like to share it again. I know it is what God wants from us. When we can really love others, it will stop a lot of our problems and prevent us from hurting others needlessly.

To Love is beautiful and when we open our hearts,  it is possible that we experience something more than magical.

“People are often unreasonable and self-centered. Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of ulterior motives. Be kind anyway.
If you are honest, people may cheat you. Be honest anyway.
If you find happiness, people may be jealous. Be happy anyway.
The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway.
For you see, in the end, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway.”
Mother Teresa
Also some of her quotes on love, are below She will always be remembered.
“If you judge people, you have no time to love them.”

Mother Teresa
“Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”
Mother Teresa
“Peace begins with a smile..”
Mother Teresa
“I am not sure exactly what heaven will be like, but I know that when we die and it comes time for God to judge us, he will not ask, ‘How many good things have you done in your life?’ rather he will ask, ‘How much love did you put into what you did?”
Mother Teresa
“Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing.”
Mother Teresa
“Do not think that love in order to be genuine has to be extraordinary. What we need is to love without getting tired.
Mother Teresa
“It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.”
Mother Teresa

“God doesn’t require us to succeed, he only requires that you try.”

1 Corinthians 13:1-8 (KJV) 1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. 2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. 3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, 5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; 6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; 7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
8 Charity never faileth
